怎样取消保险 ？
StudentSecure 留学生医疗保险 是为国际学生和访问学者提供的医疗保险，包括医疗、紧急医疗救援和旅行意外保障。StudentSecure 保险可在全球通用，适合世界各国准备离开自己的母国去国外留学或工作交流的国际学生学者。
是否可以取消 StudentSecure 保险？
参加 StudentSecure 留学生医疗保险后，您可能出于某些原因需退保，例如学习计划改变、保险的保障不满足您的需求等 。StudentSecure 保险可以有条件地取消。您需向 Tokio Marine HCC WorldTrips 提交退保的书面请求。保险公司将按保险条款的规定处理，退保要求获得批准后将给予退款。
如果在保险生效之前要求退保，可以获得全额退款。
如果在保险生效日期之后要求退保，那么必须在没有发生索赔的情况下，在保险生效的60天之内提出取消保险的申请。退保要求获得批准后保险公司可按比例退还未使用部分的保险。如果是按月付款，那么 可以退还剩余未使用的整个月份的保险费。如果是一次性付款，可以按天数得到未使用部分的保险费退款。您需要支付 $25美元的手续费。
已提交索赔的保单将不能取消保险获得退款。在保险生效60天后也不能再退保。
CANCELLATION
We hope you are happy with the cover this policy provides. However, if after reading it, this insurance does not meet with your requirements, please notify us of your wish to cancel and we will refund your premium.
Premiums will be refunded in full if cancellation request is received prior to the certificate effective date. Premiums may be refunded after the certificate effective date subject to the following provisions:
1. A $25 cancellation fee will apply for administrative costs incurred by us; and
2. Only premium for unused whole-months, if paying in monthly installments, or unused days, if paid in
full, of the plan will be refunded; and
3. You cannot have filed any claims to be eligible for premium refund; and
4. No refund of premium shall be granted after 60 days.
怎样申请退保？
您可以在 WorldTrips 保险公司网站 Member Portal 申请退保。 申请取消保险。
登录 Member Portal 后点击标题菜单中的 Policy Information选项，然后在列表中点击 Modify or Cancel Coverage 选项。
Modify Coverage Dates： “Would you like to change your coverage start date? Select “No” if you would like to change your policy end date or cancel your policy.”
在这里点击 “NO”。
然后点击 “SHORTEN OR CANCEL YOUR COVERAGE” 键，可以申请缩短或取消保险。
如果需要取消保险，那么在 New Coverage End 这里选择您的保险起始日期（例如，本例选 23 Dec 2024)，然后点击 CALCULATE REFUND 键计算退款金额，最后确认并点击 SUBMIT 键即可。
如需修改保险日期（缩短保险），那么在 New Coverage End 这里选择您需要的保险终止日期，然后计算可退款金额并确认发送。
